Narrative Health was built on the belief that every person’s life is a story that is still unfolding. Our role is to walk alongside you as part of that story, helping you better understand the challenges you are facing and supporting you to move toward the life you want to live.

We provide evidence-informed psychological therapy and assessment services for adolescents and adults, working with both mild to moderate concerns and more complex mental health concerns.

Narrative Health welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and aims to provide a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone, including LGBTQI+ individuals, people of diverse cultural backgrounds, and people living with disability. Our work is also weight-inclusive and non-judgemental, recognising that health and wellbeing can look different for everyone.

We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.


What We Offer

    • move toward meaningful and valued life goals

    Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

  • We also provide comprehensive psychological and diagnostic assessments for all ages.

Referrals and Funding Options

We accept referrals from:

  • Mental Health Care Plans (Medicare)

  • WorkCover/Motor Accident Scheme/SIRA

  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

  • Private health insurance

  • Private clients

Referrals are welcomed from clients themselves, GPs, psychiatrists, paediatricians allied health professionals, schools, and community services.
